Michelle Franke is a native speaker of English, from Maine, in the northeast region of the United States.  She is a May 2012 candidate for conferral of a MS TESOL* degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA.

With a Business Administration degree from Boston University, and fifteen plus years of Project Management and Training experience in the Corporate Information Technology and Customer Service environments, she is uniquely qualified to collaborate with Human Resource and Customer Service teams in multicultural workplace environments to reach out and integrate with their employees for whom English is not their first language.
